It is worth to note that in the ball games, this is the first time that our Male Football Team and Female Basketball Team would be qualifying for the Youth Games and they did the state proud.

In Football, Osun Male Football Team fought gallantly by getting to the Final. They eventually bowed to the Male Football Team of Kwara with a goal to nil. They won the Silver Medal for the state.

On the other hand, Osun Female Basketball Team defeated Benue in the Final to win the Bronze Medal. With their exploits, the Coach Taiwo Ajibola (Eleniyan) tutored girls became the toast of all Basketball lovers in Ilorin.

Though Team Osun did not record any Gold Medal but it is Cristal clear that we are getting there gradually.
