NWFL: Our Match Against Nasarawa Amazons Would be Tough but our Victory is not Negotiable – Bolaji

Ahead of the match between Osun Babes FC and table toppers, Nasarawa Amazons, Osun Babes midfielder, Olamide Bolaji has said that the match is a must win for the Omoluabi Queens.
The midfield maestro said this while fielding questions from the team’s Media Officer, Oluwaseun Omolola.
Bolaji, who was instrumental in the team’s away draw at Lokoja said they were aware of the threat that would be posed by Nasarawa Amazons but Osun Babes are also not pushovers.
“Nasarawa Amazons are the log leaders but we have a team that is equally equal to the task. Osun Babes are a formidable team and we are capable of defeating any team in the league”
“We are in high spirit after our away draw against Confluence Queens and we will build on that momentum to defeat Nasarawa Amazons. Our Victory in tomorrow’s match is not negotiable,” submitted Bolaji.
When asked about the attacking threat poses by Nasarawa Amazons in the league, Osun Babes goalkeeper trainer, Olusegun Awopetu assured that the goalkeeping department of the team is as strong as it used to be.
“Our team is very strong strong and our goalkeeping department is not left out. You can see that the performance of our goalkeeper, Nwachukwu Elizabeth in Lokoja was very solid with good reflexes and many saves. She is fully prepared for the task at hand against the Amazons.” said Awopetu.

The ‘Omoluabi Queens’ will slug it out against Nasarawa Amazons tomorrow, Wednesday, 16th March, 2022 at the Lanre Leke Stadium, Ile Ogbo by 4pm.
