ENDSARS prostesters barricade Osun Governor’s office

Nigerian youths protesting Police brutality on Monday shut down the Osun State Government Secretariat in Osogbo.
The Secretariat, housing the office of Mr Adegboyega Oyetola, the state Governor was besieged by the protesters while chanting anti-government songs.
The protesters had converged at Old Garage area of Osogbo before marching to the popular Olaiya junction where they caused heavily traffic gridlock.
After paralysing vehicular activities at the heart of the capital city, the protesters proceeded to the State Government Secretariat, Abeere where they occupied the frontage of the governor’s office.
News Boom had reported the governor’s charge for protesters to exercise restraint in the face of the protests against police brutality in the country.
The governor said the government was already responding to the people’s outcry and that ENDSARS protesters should not take their anger against reckless few on the entire force.
