Osun Assembly Speaker commends Mrs Kafayat Oyetola’s intervention programmes
Osun State House of Assembly Speaker, Honourable Timothy Owoeye has declared that that series of intervention programmes of the wife of the State governor, Mrs Kafayat Oyetola which are targeted at supporting petty traders is quite commendable
Honourable Timothy Owoeye gave the declaration while speaking at a programme put together by the first lady of Osun State, Mrs Kafayat Oyetola tagged Gbowoga.
The event which took place at Nelson madela freedom park Osogbo had in attendance thousands of beneficiaries where Osun State Parliment presiding honourable Timothy Owoeye represented by the chairman house committee on finance and Appropriation Honourable Adebayo Olodo who lauded the benevolence and business emancipation service of Mrs Kafayat Oyetola.
He said Osun State House of Assembly has been consistently and keenly monitored the activities of the wife of the Governor especially her affinity towards ensuring that women and business oriented individuals are adequately empowered therefore eulogized the lives touching initiative of Mrs Oyetola.
Honourable Timothy Owoeye used the occasion to congratulate the beneficiaries of Gbowoga initiative while calling on them to maximal and judicious use of the funds.
He also used the occasion to appeal to inhabitants and dwellers of the State to as matter of witnessing the continued highly inspired development in Osun to ensure they troop out en-mass and vote for Governor Adegboyega Oyetola in July 16 Governorship election.
